Is the Lake Clean Enough to Absolve?

I told my mom about the eight people, who crossed the jogging path, as they headed towards the lake—dressed all in white. She asked me if they were the Triple K—her name for the Ku Klux Klan. I said that they weren’t, and then she asked me how I could be sure.

“They were black, Mom?”

They walked towards the lake, flowers in hand and then dropped them into the lake. They watched them float far out, and then two of them walked into Lake Erie fully clothed and I watched him baptized the young girl.

9:18 PM

Then again, Dave Chappelle (who Lita Jente apparently saw in person) did a sketch where there was a black KKK member.

7:21 AM

Never claimed to "see" him, he was just apparently in the same vicinity as I.

8:50 AM

Because blind, black Klan members are the norm and Dave Chapelle was just spreading the word about these members, because it is so easily overlooked. Because it was his belief that the stereotype of the white, ignorant, hillbilly KKK member should be battled.

5:29 PM
